Description

This is a real stunner. This 18ct white gold ring is claw-set with a large oval emerald (12mm x 10mm x 7mm – ca. 5 carat weight). Each finely crafted, stepped, open-work shoulder is milgrain-set with seventeen round cut diamonds.The band carries an unknown (to me) continental mark in the form of a lyre andtests as 18ct white gold. The ring is Art Deco in style, but I suspect is a mid-century version.nnThe emerald is a really good colour and shows well to wear, but is slightly opaque.
